Cell membrane extraction function (HER2)

Extracts cell membranes and assigns an arbitrary ranking to each cell membrane based on the intensity of the stain. Can be used with HER2. This is not a qualitative ranking assigned visually, but instead a quantitative ranking assigned through image processing.

High-precision cell membrane extraction function

HER2_情報1.png With a single slider, you can make adjustments to the sensitivity of the cell membrane extraction function for image processing. After making adjustments with the slider while viewing the image, click on the [Settings] button, and the cell membrane detection area will be depicted in a mesh format. Instead of having to input complicated settings, you can make adjustments by simply watching the image as you move the slider, and extract cell membranes in this way.

ain intensity: standards adjustment function

HER2_情報2.png Among the extracted cell membranes, you can set select what level of stain intensity you'll set as "stain intensity: strong" as well as what intensity you'll set as "stain intensity: weak - moderate." This setting is implemented while viewing the image and adjusting with the slider to find the right values. This allows you to easily match the settings to pathologists' visual judgment standards.

Measurement area settings can be carried out easily

HER2_情報3.png 1. Automatically extracts the measurement area using our proprietary algorithms. (Cancerous tissue portion)
2. Settings can also be entered manually. Settings such as multiple boundaries, adding and removing boundaries, and expanding or contracting boundaries can also be implemented freely and easily.

Excel export function

HER2_情報4.png Original images, measurement results images, and measurement results can all be exported to Excel with a single click. Lining up the results displays in this way makes it easier to seek a decision from a pathologist regarding the final results.

Recipe saving function

HER2_情報5.png Image processing settings can be saved to a file as recipe information. Different settings (setting) files can be created for each individual facility, and even for each individual user.
