High-speed cell counting function (Ki-67 and ER/PgR)

This automatic process extracts positive and negative cells from the image, counts the cells, and calculates the ratios, all in a matter of seconds. Can be used for Ki-67 and ER/PgR images. This operation takes a long time to carry out visually, so the support of this software can improve efficiency tremendously.

High-speed and high-precision cell counting function

高速細胞カウント_情報1.png Even in immunostaining image cases where extraction and counting operations were difficult up until now, the superior cell partitioning and differentiating functions driven by our specially-developed algorithms enable counting operations to be carried out with a wait time of just seconds.

Removal functions for lymphocytes and other spindle-shaped structures

高速細胞カウント_情報2.png This function confirms the form of stain areas, and areas considered to be lymphocytes or other spindle-shaped structures can be removed from the count.

Measurement area settings can be carried out easily

高速細胞カウント_情報3.png 1. Automatically extracts the measurement area using our proprietary algorithms. (Cancerous tissue portion)

2. Settings can also be entered manually. Settings such as multiple boundaries, adding and removing boundaries, and expanding or contracting boundaries can also be implemented freely and easily.

Excel export function

高速細胞カウント_情報4.png Original images, measurement results images, and measurement results can all be exported to Excel with a single click. Lining up the results displays in this way makes it easier to seek a decision from a pathologist regarding the final results.

Recipe saving function

高速細胞カウント_情報5.png Image processing settings can be saved to a file as recipe information. Different settings files can be created for each individual facility, and even for each individual user.
