3DMeasurement Features
3DMeasurement can load image data including height data and display graphical 3D images, and this software can be used to carry out all kinds of measurement operations. You can get accurate measurement results intuitively because you can confirm the measuring shape in virtual space based on the real space.
Easy-to-use main window layout
The 3D image window, profile window, and data window are automatically resized in relation to the main window dimensions so that everything fits on the screen.
The main buttons are in a fixed position on the left panel of the main window, enabling quick access to display mode changes and other operations.
Display Modes
Not only 3D height data but also optical 2D image overlapped on the 3D data can be displayed.
In addition, if the data saved is the original file format ".tdv", the file contains both the height data and the optical data.
The "Pseudo Color Display Mode" can show the height differences more effectively.
Various Measurement Items
3DMeasurement can measure many shape features 3D data such as [Basic Profile], [Extended Profile], [Angle], [Radius], [Step-Height] and etc.

Create Reports by One-Click
One click exports measured image(s), graph(s), or data to Excel. Anyone can create report(s) easily.
