3D Image Tiling
◆Focus Composite 3D Image of a Large Sample
e-Tiling can be used with various microsopes including electric microsopes. An effective combination of our original technologies of image-tiling and high-speed focus composition contributes to the quick creation of large 2D/3D tiling images with high resolution.
3D tiling images can be measured and/or analyzed by our software 3DMeasurement.
◆Automatic Image Acquisition and Composition by Electric XYZ-Stage
e-Tiling automatically creates large composite images of the specified area by controlling an electric XYZ-stage. Grid capturing area is also available by registering multiple points on the sample. As for Z-depth, quick focus composition is available just by setting any upper or lower limits.
Advanced Form of Focus Composition
While you move the stage of the microscope up and down, e-Tiling keeps on capturing images at various depth to create focus composite images in real time. You can also preview the focus composite image to make sure it's accurate and what you're looking for.
Although conventional focus composition technology is based on separately captured Z-depth images, e-Tiling continuously captures images for more efficient observations.
Available with ContamiAnalyzer (Contamination Detection System)
ContamiAnalyzer is a system which can detect fine particles, and analyze/judge by size.
